Today was an early day. We headed over to the Chula Vista Chamber of Commerce, where we would have our booth so business owners an managers could come and have an opportunity to see other chambers. We got to reach out to people, tell them about the chamber and how to join. After an hour or two we went inside the chamber to hear the assemblywoman Lorena Gonzalez talk about how small companies can triumph in the business world. We then heard presentations from small business owners and associations. It was interesting and funny because of the jokes they would make. After that, we went back to our chamber and finalized everything. When 6pm hit, we went to Outback Steakhouse where we ate dinner hosted by the owner himself (Alberto Valenzuela). The dinner was amazing! Ms. Jacqueline and co-workers surprised us with certificates of participating in the National City Chamber of Commerce. I can honestly say this was a great experience! I will miss my co-workers very much because they have helped me grow into a better person. I can't believe how fast these two weeks went by!
